Digital loyalty cards for your business
A stamp card that lives on your customers' phones instead of in their wallets. It opens in the browser, so there's no app to download, and Android users can keep it in Google Wallet.
What is a digital loyalty card?
It's the paper stamp card, moved onto a phone. The customer still collects a stamp each time they visit and still gets a reward when the card is full. The difference is that the card is stored online, so it can't be lost, washed or left in another coat.
With RewardForge, a customer gets their card by scanning your QR code and signing up with their name and email. The card shows your logo, the reward, and how many stamps they have so far.
For you, the main change is that you can see who is using it. Each stamp is recorded against a customer, so you know who your regulars are and when they were last in.
Digital loyalty card vs paper stamp card
Paper still has one thing going for it: it's cheap to print. Here is the rest.
Digital loyalty card
- On the customer's phone
- Can't be lost, forgotten or damaged
- Stamps can only be given by your staff
- You can see each customer's stamps and last visit
- Google Wallet on Android
- No printing
- No paper waste
- Change the offer without reprinting
Paper stamp card
- Often lost or left at home
- Gets bent, soggy or faded
- Easy to fake with a similar stamp
- No record of who has a card
- No digital wallet
- Needs reprinting
- Ends up in the bin
- New offer means new cards
Why switch from paper
Fewer half-finished cards
A paper card that's been lost never gets finished. A card on the phone is there on every visit, and the customer can see how many stamps they need.
No print runs
No boxes of cards to order, and no reprint when you change the reward or the number of stamps.
Know your customers
See who has joined, how many stamps each person has and when they last came in. A paper card can't tell you any of that.
No fake stamps
A lookalike rubber stamp costs a few euros online. In RewardForge a stamp can only be added when your staff scan the customer's phone.
How the card works with RewardForge
Set it up once, then it's a quick scan at the till.
Create your card
Add your logo and a picture of the reward, choose the number of stamps and write a line about the offer.
Share your QR code
Print the QR poster for your counter or share the join link. Customers scan it to sign up and get their card.
Stamp at the till
The customer shows the code on their card and your staff scan it. The stamp appears on their phone.
Give the reward
When the card is full, staff scan the reward code to mark it as claimed and a new card starts.
Adding the card to Google Wallet
Customers on Android can tap "Add to Google Wallet" on their card. It then sits in the same app as their bank cards and boarding passes, in the colour you chose when you set up the programme.
iPhone users can't use Google Wallet, but they can add RewardForge to their home screen so the card opens like an app.
